We bought it from Rasaja Sdn Bhd, the company that belongs to Lee Onn Construction Co., one of the famous developer in Kuching. The houses that built by them are famous for its elegance design and of course, the expensive price. Okay, we knew that it is expensive but why we still want to buy it? The main reason is because it is located at Jalan Matang - Batu Kawa which is only 10 minutes drive distance from my parents home. Besides that, both Leonard's sister, Patricia and Elsie also bought their houses at the same location. Well, there is another reason that made us purchase this house is because it came with 816 years of lease! For your information, most of the houses in Kuching nowadays only come with 99 years of lease, and the price is at least 500K minimum for Double Storey Semi-Detached House. Thus, we are lucky to have a 816 years lease of Double Storey Semi-Detached House for RM300K++!
"The House of Mouse" located at Sri Moyan 2 Phase 3, Lot 66, with 364.4 M2 and 9 point of area. The ground floor consist of car porch,living room, study room, store room, toilet, kitchen, and dining room. The first floor consist of one master bedroom with balcony, family hall, toilets, and two bedrooms. Among these, the things that interested me the most is the big master bedroom because i have always dream to have a big bedroom with balcony since i was young, and my dream finally comes true!
Another good news to share is my brother, Bak also purchased the house next to "The House of Mouse" on December 2009! Woohoo, i can always visit them whenever i want because it is just a few steps distance! I really look forward the day to come~
